We will deliver the blinds to the address noted on the Order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any delivery date or time specified by us on any order or otherwise is a best estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that time given because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Free UK mainland delivery is available on all orders over £200 and only £8.99 on orders below £200. In addition, delivery to certain locations are subject to extra charges after an order has been placed, e.g. Channel Islands and internationally. You will be notified as soon as possible of the extra charge and you have the option to cancel if the extra charge is not accepted.
On average, our made to measure blinds will be dispatched within 5-10 working days. If for any reason there will be a delay on your blinds, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Once your order has been made, you will receive an email confirming that the blinds have been dispatched and the date at which you will receive your blinds.
