1. Introduction
We are Sysco Blinds UK Ltd T/A Sysco UK, 34 Pedder Street, Morecambe, LA4 5EA.
Our VAT Registration Number is 251967089.
We are a company registered in England and our company registration number is 10185807.
These terms and conditions will apply when you place your order with us.

2. Goods
Please note that the images of the products we supply on our website are for illustration purposes only and we cannot guarantee that these computer – displayed images will reflect the colour of the goods accurately. Therefore we strongly advise that you request a sample before placing your order to ensure that you are happy with the colour and also quality before ordering. Whilst we will try to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect to any sample or description shown or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation, change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.
MEASUREMENTS. Using our measuring guide, if you are providing your own measurements, it is your responsibility to ensure they are correct and accurate as we cannot accept the return of made-to-measure goods on the basis that the measurements were incorrectly supplied by you. We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given us incorrect measurements as we will not be able to resell the goods as they are made to measure.
All items are cut to size and will be accurate with working tolerances and variances of +/-3mm. Orders cannot be returned if within this limit.

3. Contract
If you place an order on our website, through an email or by a telephone, the contract will only be made when we send an email confirming we have accepted your order.
CANCELLATIONS. As all of our products are made to measure, according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancellation rights do not apply. Cancellations are still possible and a full refund will be issued as long as products or parts of them have not been made. However if your goods have already been made, then we would be unable to refund your money. We strongly advise that you check your email confirmation for your order to ensure that all details are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

If you call or email to place your order, please be advised that we do not accept claims based on incorrect sizes or products being inputted by us. Therefore, after placing your order, please check the order details on the email confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in UK sterling. The price you will pay is the price shown at the checkout and on your confirmation email and is inclusive of VAT. However, deliveries to certain locations are subject to extra charges after an order has been placed, e.g. Channel Islands, Internationally. You will be notified as soon as possible of the extra charge and you have the option to cancel if the extra charge is not accepted.
We will only process your order once we have recieved payment in full for the goods. Payment can be made through the website or over the phone and all major credit cards and debit cards are acceptable.

5. Delivery
We will deliver your goods to the address noted on the Order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any delivery date or time specified by us on any order or otherwise is an estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that time given because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
DAMAGES. Please contact us within 7 days to process a claim that your order is damaged. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported, this does not affect your statuary rights. Please be assured we will deal with your queries quickly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent.

6. Child Safety
We will only supply blinds which conform to the child safety requirements of EN 13120. The safety codes do not apply to blinds which are to be installed into commercial buildings where it is unlikely that a young child will come into contact with them. Should any order you place with the seller be for such blinds and as a result you require that they vary in any material aspect or particular respect from blinds which comply with the Safety Codes, then;

6a. You must confirm that the blinds are to be installed in a commercial building as far as you can reasonably ascertain, having carried out your own risk assessment and that as such a child is unlikely to be exposed to the blind/s once installed; and

6b. The assessment as to whether a child is likely to come into contact with the blind/s is solely for your determination. We will not accept any responsibility or liability for the same whatsoever.

If you should fail to provide the confirmation and details required pursuant to clause 6a or 6b above then the blinds we supply shall comply with the Safety Codes and you shall not be entitled to reject the same nor raise any requisition in relation to the same in the event that the blind/s do not subsequently meet the purpose for which you intended.

7. Guarantee
All our blinds come with a 12 month guarantee against any defects as a result from manufacturing. We are unable to give a replacement in this time if the defect on the product has arisen due to, fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse. We also reserve the right to request digital images showing the issues reported.

8. Installation
Our installation service comes with a guarantee of 12 months. Giving you that extra peace of mind.
The price for installation was agreed on the assumptions that; there is going to be one continuous site visit, there is unobstructed access to outside your property for vehicle parking, the area where the goods are to be fitted is unobstructed, surfaces and grounds the goods are to be fixed to are in a good condition allowing us to easily obtain good fixings and with no objects in the immediate working area, there is no asbestos that we would be likely to come into contact with, and that no items under warranties/guarantees will be invalidated by the installation.
We may make a further reasonable charge for the additional time, costs or materials if these conditions are not met. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property that is not foreseeable, unless due to our negligence, or for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults to your property, or for any damage discovered whilst undertaking the installation. We will not be responsible for carrying out any building work, moving any furniture, clearing access or invalidation of any warranties you do not tell us about in writing before you make your order.
