Can i amend my order once it has been placed?

Due to the products being made-to-measure, we cannot always guarantee that amendments can be made once an order has been placed. We ask if any changes need to be made, that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will try and assist you where they can.

Is installation offered for all products?

Yes, installations are offered for all products. Please contact us for a price.

Who do i contact if i need more information?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An email will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order.

Do you have anymore fabrics to choose from?

Yes we do. We have only launched a selection of our most popular fabrics to our online site. If you have a fabric colour or pattern in mind, but can’t seem to find it on our website, please contact our customer service team on info@syscouk.com or call us on 01524 851111.

How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, our made to measure blinds will be dispatched within 5-10 working days. If for any reason there will be a delay on your blinds, we will notify you as soon as possible.
